At Her Words, we empower teen girls and gender-expansive youth to share their stories, shape their futures, and create change in their lives and communities.
Her Words is a creative arts and mentoring program that offers free, innovative workshops in the arts, expressive writing, and wellness for teen girls and gender-expansive youth in grades 6–12.
In the Her Words Program, you will
Participate in creative arts and expressive writing workshops
Learn about self-care strategies and wellness
Collaborate on a creative group project
Create bonds with other teens in a supportive community
The program runs from October 11, 2023 –June 5, 2024, and meets on Wednesdays from 5–7 p.m. at The Morristown Neighborhood House in Morristown, New Jersey. There is no cost to join, and reimbursement for travel is available. Click “Register” below to sign up. Questions? Email herwordsnj@gmail.com.
